Order

Your order should arrive within the designated time frame of your chosen delivery method; which you can double check in your order confirmation email.

If the delivery time frame has passed, and you have still not received your items, please get in touch with us at orders@spr-klz.com and don’t forget to include your order number!

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders.

If you still cannot find this, please check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

As soon as you place an order, our dispatch team gets working on it right away.

If your order is going to the wrong address please contact us ASAP at orders@spr-klz.com, outlining the correct address and your order number.

We are not responsible for incorrect inputted information at checkout. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend to you.

The SPRKLZ Ltd cannot cover any cost of returning the order if the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

We’re sorry, but because our team gets working on packing your orders immediately, we cannot accept any order amendments. Once you receive your order, you do have 28 days to return certain products if you want to buy something else!

Our team works super hard to pack your order as quickly as possible, so we can’t accept any order cancellations outside of 1 hour after purchase. However, you do have 28 days to return your order if you aren’t happy with it.

We want to resolve any issues with faulty items straight away.

Please contact us at
orders@spr-klz.com with the order number, the name of the product, and a description of the damage.

Payment

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Elo, ApplePay, GooglePay, Cirrus, JCB, Diners Club as well as payments made by PayPal and Venmo.

We also offer flexible installment payment options through Affirm.

We don’t at the moment, but we are working on it for you!

Make sure you sign up to our newsletter so you are the first to know when we release them.

Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired.

If it still isn’t working, drop us an email at orders@spr-klz.com.

Delivery

Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering to contact our customer service team at orders@spr-klz.com.

Don’t forget to include your order number!

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link in this email to view the minute by minute tracking.

Returns

If you do need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your item.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original packaged condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Before you return your order, you must notify us by contacting orders@spr-klz.com and you MUST include your order number within your return request, so we know who to refund. 

Please note, if it has been over 28 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage when returning an item. The customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the product is faulty or the order was sent incorrectly.

SPRKLZ Ltd cannot cover any cost of returning the order if the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

All our products are non-returnable if they have been removed from their original packaging due to hygiene and COVID regulations.

Please check functionality before removing gem sets from clear backing.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there is something more specific you’d like to know please contact us at info@spr-klz.com.

Thanks to our amazing customers, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly!

However, it’s worth checking back as the site is updated often.

You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again!

We also include the option to sign up for our "back in stock" email notifications on all of our sold out products.

Yes, our products, adheasive, and packaging are vegan.

They are also American made and our shipping mailers are COMPOSTABLE!

COVID FAQ

We’re working closely with our teams, mail carriers and our suppliers to maintain their safety while fulfilling your orders.

Orders typically take 24–48 business hours to process after they have been placed, but we are currently backed up due to precautionary measures related to the coronavirus pandemic.

We will keep you updated on order delays via e-mail. 

**Some delays may be outside of our control. Currently, some standard service orders are experiencing delays and all carriers/services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered.**

The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info. 

Our customer service is still available to answer your questions via email, text or chat.

We will do our best to respond to your needs as quickly as possible, and will respond to each and every one of you within 24 hours.
